  • An easy way to see today's timetable and upcoming classes

  • A complete timetable

  • Upcoming school events

  • A notice bulletin

  • Resources & Links

  • The 4U Paper - the school's well-loved student-written magazine.

One of the main goals of the design was to make it concise and compact. Hence, the homepage is packed with essential information. For instance, it makes it easy to access main websites with the "Quick Access" section. The right sidebar shows the classes left for that day along with the amount of time left in the current class, solving the issue of always needing to mentally calculate or ask "how long until class ends?". Upcoming events, latest notices and the most recent edition of The 4U Paper is all available at a glance.

The timetable pages had an easy way to look up the timetable and events on any school day, while providing a simplistic design for the whole school timetable with tabs Week A and B. More details would be provided for each on click, ensuring the design remains compact.

Ultimately, Project Phoenix successfully integrated various digital components to create a centralised and user-friendly platform in an attempt to enhance accessibility and efficiency for the school community.
